Steak and eggs is a well liked and simple meal of the Paleo diet, mainly because the two key ingredients are an important part of the Paleo diet, and by plating them with each other, you get the numerous benefits of both in one meal. To prepare this meal, get your ingredients together, 2 eggs, one large steak, Ghee (clarified butter) and paprika. Now after you mix the eggs good, you put the flour along with the ghee on that large steak.
Add the Ghee to a hot pan, sprinkle some of the paprika on the steak and cook for about four minutes on each side for medium rare. You may cook it longer if you prefer your steak well done. But remember to put some onion on it so you have better smells and the flavor of the beef can be maxed out.
Remove the steak when it is cooked to your liking, crack the eggs into the same pan and cook till the whites are no longer transparent. Serve together. Serve them with wines and a bit fruits.
