The holiday season is attached to fond memories of years while growing up and years gone by. Recollections of hurrying down to the Christmas tree on Christmas day morning to discover what Santa brought. Could it be the new Flexible Flier sled or the mini bike that you had your little heart set on? Or if your a girl, was it the easy bake oven or some new Barbie dolls to play with?

There are other toys on the market that can be considered creative toys. You want to find toys and games that require thinking and problem solving. Perhaps on of the best skills a child can have is the ability to think about problems and solve them in their own way. Look for toys that need input from the child, not things that do a variety of things, but they do them all on their own. Those toys can be fun, but they don’t do much for the imagination and they don’t help much with creativity.

Consumers can embrace the spirit of years past by integrating antique and Beaded Christmas ornaments into their assortment of holiday decorations. Vintage ornaments are not just an attractive addition they are also an attractive reminder of Christmases which have gone by.
